Luxury Bathroom — Newton Mearns

This Newton Mearns family bathroom was completely stripped back to bare walls and rebuilt from scratch. The brief was a luxury, hotel-style finish with a freestanding bath as the centrepiece. We installed marble-effect large-format wall tiles, a freestanding bath with a floor-mounted tap, walk-in shower with rainfall head, underfloor heating, heated towel rail and full LED lighting setup.

Works carried out: full strip-out, waterproofing, tiling (walls and floor), plumbing, electrics, underfloor heating, fitting and decoration.

Modern Bathroom — Bearsden

A classic dated bathroom in a Bearsden family home, transformed into a clean contemporary space. Feature green wall tiles create a bold focal point behind the bath, balanced with white walls elsewhere. New walk-in shower, new basin and vanity unit, and new heated towel rail. The transformation took 8 working days from strip-out to final fit.

Works carried out: full strip-out, tiling, plumbing, fitting, new electrics.

Compact Shower Room — West End Glasgow Flat

A small West End flat bathroom that felt cramped and dated. By removing the bath and installing a walk-in shower instead, the room was transformed — suddenly feeling significantly larger and far more practical for a single occupant. Large-format tiles were used throughout to minimise grout lines and maximise the sense of space.

Works carried out: bath removal, shower tray and enclosure, wall and floor tiling, new toilet and basin, electrics.

Kitchen Renovation Projects

Open Plan Kitchen — Partick, West End

The owners of this Partick flat wanted to open up the kitchen to the living room — creating a proper open-plan living and cooking space. We removed the dividing wall (which was load-bearing), installed an RSJ steel beam, fitted a completely new kitchen, new flooring throughout the open space, replastered where required and decorated. The transformation was total.

Works carried out: wall removal, RSJ installation, new kitchen, flooring, plastering, electrics, decoration.

Full Kitchen Refit — Newton Mearns Family Home

A complete kitchen refit in a Newton Mearns family home — new units, new worktops, new integrated appliances, new tiling and new flooring. The layout was redesigned to improve workflow and add an island unit. The result is a modern, functional family kitchen with significantly more storage than before.

Works carried out: full strip-out, kitchen design, new kitchen fitting, tiling, flooring, plumbing, electrics.

Full Property Refurbishment Projects

Complete Flat Refurbishment — Glasgow West End

A West End flat purchased at auction in need of complete renovation. The property was stripped back to bare walls in some rooms, with new plaster throughout, new bathroom, new kitchen, new flooring in all rooms, and full redecoration. The owner handed us the keys and took them back three weeks later to a completely finished home.

Works carried out: full strip-out, plastering, new bathroom installation, new kitchen fitting, flooring, electrics, plumbing, decoration.
