Herringbone LVT — is it much dearer to fit?
It takes longer to lay than plank format, so fitting costs more, but on a hallway or open-plan kitchen it is usually the detail people notice most.
Can you fit flooring in one room only?
Yes, though most of our flooring work comes inside larger renovations — if you are doing more than one room, one fixed price for the lot will work out better.
