What our prices include
All prices on this page are labour plus building materials — plaster, plasterboard, pipework and plumbing fittings, electrical cable and accessories, timber, plywood, adhesives, grout, sealants and fixings — and include VAT. Every quote is itemised line by line.
Not included (you buy these, or we can supply and add them to the quote): the bathroom suite (bath, shower, tray, enclosure, basin, WC), taps, tiles or wet-wall panels, towel rail, mirror, flooring, paint. A typical suite with tiles runs £1,500–£5,000 on top of our price. You get our 10% trade discount at Topps Tiles, B&Q TradePoint, Wholesale Domestic and Victoria Plumbing.
What bathroom installation in Glasgow includes
- Strip-out and disposal of the old suite, tiles and flooring
- First-fix plumbing: bath, shower, basin, WC, moving pipework where the new layout needs it
- Electrics: shower, extractor fan, lighting, shaver socket, heated towel rail — certified

Can you install a bathroom I bought online?
Yes. Send us the product list before you order and we’ll check it fits the room and the existing pipework.
Do you do wet rooms?
Yes — tanking, linear drain, level-access floor. Wet rooms in tenement flats need a proper tanking system, which we include.
Can you move the toilet or shower to a different wall?
Usually yes; it depends on the soil stack and floor. We’ll tell you at the site visit what’s possible and what it adds to the price.
